Andrew Hemphill - CEO
Andrew joins us with over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Andrew is a civil engineer by background and oversaw the construction of Kosovo’s largest windfarm with 27 turbines. Having lived and worked in over 5 countries, Andrew brings his international experience, language and communication abilities to lead Peak Valley and the Balkans to a greener future.
Bekim Perani - COO
As the COO, Bekim brings a wealth of experience in the electrical and renewable energy sectors. With his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Austria as well as 8 plus years in the construction of electrical transmission systems and substations, Bekim brings international experience and know-how to Peak Valley.

Our Origins
Peak Valley was born from the vision of two industry leaders: a Kosovar renewable energy developer and a Swiss company specializing in industrial rooftop solar and electrification solutions. Together, we formed a joint venture that combines local expertise with international experience, creating a powerful force for change in the Balkans.
